Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy describes the marketing website operated by RevCirq LLC. It covers website visits and inquiries sent to revcirq@gmail.com. Customer CRM records, messaging and other data processed while delivering contracted follow-up services are governed separately by the applicable written agreements and service-specific privacy arrangements.

Information you choose to send

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any contact or business information, attachments and correspondence you provide. We use that information to respond, understand your needs, discuss potential services and keep appropriate business records. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or customer CRM data in an initial inquiry.

The website has no inquiry submission form, account registration, on-site checkout or appointment booking. Selecting an email link opens your email application; it does not send a message until you choose to send it. Copying our email address writes that address to your clipboard, not your information to us.

Website operation and technical information

Our Lovable website hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP address, requested URL, browser or device information, request time and delivery status, to serve and protect the site. The application logs server errors; diagnostic reports can include error messages, stack traces and page paths. Where the hosting platform supplies error-reporting tools, those tools may process diagnostic information. The editor preview also supports Lovable diagnostic reporting.

The site’s own marketing-page code does not set cookies, and we have not added an advertising pixel or dedicated visitor analytics tracker. Website navigation uses browser session storage to remember scroll positions when you return to a page; this stays in your browser and is not an inquiry submission or advertising profile. Demo, package and menu selections are temporary page state. This does not mean every hosting or third-party interaction is free of data processing or cookies: those providers’ practices and browser settings also apply.

Service providers and external resources

Lovable and its hosting/delivery providers process website requests and operational diagnostics. Our public contact address uses Google’s Gmail service; Google processes emails and related information to provide that service. We use providers for these operational purposes, rather than selling inquiry information or using this website for targeted advertising.

We retain Google Fonts to display Archivo, Instrument Sans and IBM Plex Mono. Your browser requests font resources from Google’s servers, sharing technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. Provider processing is subject to the provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices; see Google’s Privacy Policy and Lovable’s Privacy Policy. Providers may process information in locations different from yours.

Illustrative demo

The walkthrough uses fictional company, customer, message and financial examples. Its controls do not connect to a CRM, send messages, book appointments, take payment or transmit demo selections to RevCirq. The examples are not actual customer outcomes.

Retention and protection

We retain inquiry correspondence and related business records for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. Provider-held technical information follows the provider’s practices. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and purpose, but no website, email system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests or protect the website and our rights.

Privacy questions and requests

Email revcirq@gmail.com with questions or requests about personal information you have provided, including requests to access, correct or delete it. We may need to verify the request and retain information where obligations or legitimate recordkeeping needs require it. Available rights and how a request is handled depend on applicable law and circumstances.
